Womens Suffrage Comes to North Dakota (1917)
Butler Studio of Bismarck, photographer

Standing to his immediate right is Elizabeth Preston Anderson, a well-known North Dakota crusader for prohibition and other social concerns.

The young girls to his left (one clad in white, with a white bow in her hair, and the other one whose head is visible second to the last on the right of the photo) are Governor Fraziers twins Uni and Versity. They are named after his alma mater, the University of North Dakota. This photo was taken on January 23, 1917.
